Every weekend in January, join VAL for socially distanced and wander among the wondrous ice sculptures displayed throughout Village at Leesburg. You can Drink in the Good Life with a beverage to go as you admire the sculptures. If you need a warming break as you are wandering around the property to see the sculptures, feel free to pop into one of our more than 60 boutiques, restaurants and entertainment experiences.

How to participate:
1. Register by sending a suggested donation of $25/person or $50/family via Paypal to willowsfordcares@gmail.com or Venmo to @WillowsfordCares with a heart comment. Willowsford Cares is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (some employers will match your donation!). All funds received will go to the Hickeys.
2. Choose how you’d like to participate:
– Run/walk a 5k in a safe location of your choice.
– Do a 1-mile fun run with your kids.
– Namaste in bed for 30 minutes to snuggle/sleep/reflect.
– Do something fun with your family.
For any of the above, wear your Danielle’s Tribe t-shirt or anything purple, white, pink or red!

Great Country Farm is hosting an in-person egg hunt. This year’s egg hunts will be by time slot so guests can enjoy a relaxed, socially distanced hunt for treasures.
The egg hunts are broken down into two age groups. There is one for 2 & 3 year olds and one for 4 to 10 year olds. The egg hunts includes up to 25 treat filled eggs per child. One adult may enter the hunt area to assist their child.

What’s better than waking up with the kids on Easter morning to discover your yard is covered in brightly colored, candy and trinket filled eggs? Not having to sneak outside and scatter eggs yourself without getting caught is certainly a big help!
For a $50 donation, Friends of Loudoun County Animal Services will deliver 30 eggs to your yard on Saturday night and place them in an area designated by you. They will text you before arrival to let you know they’re on the way, and again when they’re leaving so you know the job is done.

ONE SPARROW’S Solitaire Carroll established the organization with her husband to help provide better access to education and resources which in turn provide hope, empowerment, and a sustainable future. Help end the stigma that surrounds mental illness. One in 5 American adults will suffer with a mental illness in any given year.
Participate in a one-mile walk through beautiful historic downtown Leesburg. Bring the family, organize a team, walk the dog, or just bring yourself. All are welcome!
A suggested donation of $50.00 will go toward A Helping Hand – a core program of Friends of Loudoun Mental Health. All dollars raised stay in Loudoun County and only support Loudoun County residents.
A Helping Hand
A program providing a hand up, not a hand out, to individuals that need the immediate support. The one-time gift of support to Loudoun County residents that are disabled by a mental illnesses, who are receiving professional care, and are in need of temporary financial help, benefit from the A Helping Hand program. Examples of funding include, money for an asthma inhalator, deposit for utilities, or boots for the winter season.
The nonprofit, One Family Gives, has teamed up with The Pub in Purcellville to raise money for 10 military families.
There will be raffle tickets for merchandise and a grand prize to win a private party with a new vintage 1946 Chevy tap truck. A dollar per pint will go to One Family Gives to purchase the gifts for those military families in need this holiday season.
