Get the Tea is a new digital talk show created and hosted by Buta Biberaj. The show features noteworthy and diverse guests who are amplifying community issues, and focuses on creating a forum for increased access to critical information that our communities need to improve their daily lives. It’s Springtime at the Park: Come visit the Morven Park Bunny Trail!
Celebrate the beginning of spring in the historic Morven Park gardens with games, crafts, and our popular egg roll down the Davis Mansion lawn. This year we’re offering something better than a traditional egg hunt! We’re setting up Hippity Hop Stops featuring crafts and activities for all ages. Get your Hop Stop Passport stamped as you make your way through our gardens, posing for Instagrammable moments along the way, and collect candy and goodies. Be sure to meet rabbits from the 4H Leaps and Squeaks Rabbit Club and take your own family photo with the Easter Bunny.
Loudoun County, VA– The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) will hold the 10th Child Safety Day in partnership with the Town of Leesburg Police Department on Nov. 5, 2022, at the Village at Leesburg.
This free event will be held from noon to 4 p.m. and will feature emergency vehicles and displays from the LCSO, the Leesburg Police Department, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Office of the Loudoun Commonwealth’s Attorney, Loudoun County Child Advocacy Center, Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter, Loudoun Child Protective Services, Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Inova Loudoun Hospital Pediatrics, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Ryan Bartel Foundation.
Many of the displays at Child Safety Day will provide information to parents on how they can protect their child from becoming a victim of a crime.
This year the LCSO will again invite Loudoun youth to “lend a hand in fighting crime” by dipping their hands in non-toxic, washable paint and placing their handprints on a sheriff’s office patrol car.
The event will also include live entertainment and games.

Mission: Wish – a new Musical created by A Place To be Music Therapy, starring a cast of A Place To Be performers. With three original songs, this humorous production will get your holidays started off with some inspiration, laughter and fun!

CHARITY BENEFICIARY: INOVA Life with Cancer
INOVA Life with Cancer’s purpose is to enhance the
quality of life of those affected by cancer by providing
evidence-based education, support, wellness programs
and integrative therapies.
On Sunday, Oct. 8, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 37018 Glendale Street in Purcellville, is hosting their annual Bless the Pets event in celebration of St. Francis of Assisi, nature’s saint. This special service will be at 9:30 a.m., rain or shine. The community is invited to bring their animal friends of all sizes to be blessed.
“This annual event is an opportunity for church members and community friends to remember St. Francis’ devotion to God’s creatures and bless those that are such a blessing to us,” said Father Tom Simmons, of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
Rescue groups PetConnect and HART will have a several animals available to adopt and provide loving homes to these deserving creatures.
Please be sure that small animals are in a proper carrier and large or potentially quarrelsome animals are properly restrained.
