Residents have a chance to enjoy a free cupcake and chat with a police officer from the Purcellville Police Department on Monday, April 12. Cupcake with a Cop is an event to encourage open dialogue between police officers and community members in a neutral environment.
The outdoor event will be held outside of the Sweet Rose Bakeshop at 201 N. 23rd Street in Purcellville from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday. This is the first Cupcake with a Cop event hosted by the Purcellville Police Department, according to a news release from the police department. The free cupcakes are all donated by the Sweet Rose Bakeshop.

Beginning Friday, March 18, children and their families can enjoy meeting and taking keepsake photos with the Easter Bunny. Professional photos will be taken in Center Court on the Lower Level.
